Chicago Brick Oven's unique insulating design creates a heating envelope that allows your oven to reach high temperatures quickly while remaining cool on the outside. This high heat allows you to cook a full sized pizza in under 3 minutes. But don't limit yourself to pizzas, this oven is more than capable of cooking a variety of different entrees such as whole chickens and turkeys, baby back ribs, steaks, calzones and even pasta bread bowls!
