	Diamond Sear Cooking Grids Designed with bars that have a smooth flat top; each individual bar measures over .35” wide at the top covering over one-half of the total cooking surface. Made from all 304 Stainless Steel. Bead blasted with a matte finish for a non-stick surface.
	Choice Turn-to-Light Ignition Reliable turn-to-Light Ignition System (no power required, no batteries to change). Simply turn the knob and the ignition lights the grill quickly and easily.
	Flavor Grids Allows the heat to rise unobstructed from burner to cooking grids disperse heat quickly and evenly. Minimize flare-ups and grease fires. Made of 16-gauge 304 stainless steel.
	Analog Thermometer Polished stainless steel bezel and embedded in the hood. It is large and attractive with a forward angle for easy viewing. Measures up to 1000°F.
	90 Degree Double Walled Hood 90° angled oven allows more heat and smoke to rise away from the grill. Double-walled oven for maintaining temperature.
